When you want a real person
Teman’s counsellor panel takes referrals when you’d rather speak with a human — or when your situation calls for one. Panel members are qualified, registered counsellors, benchmarked to a Master of Arts in Counselling & Guidance standard with supervised practice hours. Sessions are billed at the counsellor’s own fee — Teman collects it on their behalf and passes it on.
How referral works
- Teman helps you choose a counsellor by focus area, language and availability
- You book directly — same-week appointments where available
- You pay the counsellor’s standard fee — private counselling in Singapore typically runs S$130–400 per session (median around S$200), and panel fees here range from S$240 to S$380 by seniority. Teman bills that fee on the counsellor’s behalf
- Your AI session summaries can be shared with them — only if you choose
- If cost is the barrier, tell us — the panel and our partners are working on subsidised slots
